structures re/con-structured was my senior thesis at SUNY Purchase. The video is an attempt to draw a parallel between the architectural structures of urban space and the patterns of vernacular speech and movement. The reconstruction of space, through introduced form and typography, serves as a metaphor for the unseen social structures and ideologies that dictate our patterns of activity. This is a 3 minute excerpt from the video.
